  1. Develop and implement financial strategies and initiatives to drive business growth and profitability.
  2. Build strong partnerships with senior leaders across the organization to understand their business needs and provide financial insights and recommendations.
  3. Analyze financial data and trends to identify opportunities for cost savings, revenue growth, and process improvements.
  4. Lead the development and monitoring of financial performance metrics to track progress and inform decision-making.
  5. Provide guidance and support to the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in financial planning and reporting.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve financial processes and strategies.
  8. Identify and mitigate financial risks and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
  9. Present financial information and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  10. Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing finance team.
  11. Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
  12. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, such as investors and financial institutions.
  13. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the finance function.
  14. Represent the organization in financial discussions and negotiations with partners and clients.
  15. Collaborate with other departments to support the company's overall goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Finance, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting, And Financial Modeling.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Strategic Financial Plans And Initiatives.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
