  1. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive growth and profitability in international markets.
  2. Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, partnerships and alliances to expand the company's global presence.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends, opportunities and challenges in target international markets.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
  5. Lead and manage a team of business development professionals to achieve targets and objectives.
  6. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and competitive landscape in order to effectively position the company in the international market.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business development strategies.
  8. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform business development strategies.
  9. Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and other stakeholders to communicate progress, opportunities, and challenges.
  10. Continuously assess and improve business development processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company's brand and develop new business opportunities.
  12. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics for the international business unit.
  13. Maintain a strong understanding of international market dynamics and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
  14. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends, and proactively identify and implement innovative business development strategies.
  15. Serve as a key member of the company's leadership team, providing insight and direction to support the company's overall growth and success.
