  1. Lead and manage a team of branch employees, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  2. Develop and implement branch strategies and goals in alignment with the overall company objectives.
  3. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
  4. Drive business growth and profitability by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cross-selling products and services, and managing expenses.
  5. Monitor and analyze branch performance, identify areas for improvement, and take necessary actions to achieve targets and goals.
  6. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations, including risk management and security measures.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a deep understanding of customer needs and offering personalized solutions.
  8. Act as a brand ambassador for HSBC, representing the company and its values in the local community.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulators.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities, and use this knowledge to inform business decisions.
  11. Collaborate with other branch heads and senior management to share best practices and drive overall company success.
  12. Continuously assess and develop the skills and competencies of the branch team through coaching, training, and development initiatives.
  13. Act as a role model for ethical behavior and promote a culture of integrity and compliance within the branch.
  14. Prepare and present reports and updates on branch performance to senior management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Banking Or Financial Services Industry, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Role.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Business Growth And Achieving Targets In A Competitive Market.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Local Banking Landscape And Regulations In Indore, Mumbai, Vadodara, Pune, Or Ahmedabad.

  • Exceptional Communication, Negotiation, And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Manage Relationships With Clients, Stakeholders, And Internal Teams.
