  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with HSBC affiliates to drive business growth and enhance global presence.
  2. Serve as the key point of contact for all affiliate-related matters and act as a liaison between affiliates and HSBC.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with affiliates to expand HSBC's market reach.
  4. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment with affiliate strategies.
  5. Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, providing recommendations for improvement and business growth.
  6. Negotiate and manage contracts with affiliates, ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
  7. Conduct regular meetings and calls with affiliates to discuss business performance, identify challenges, and provide support.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform affiliate strategy.
  9. Develop and implement strategies to improve affiliate satisfaction and retention.
  10. Train and mentor junior team members to ensure a high-performing team.
  11. Represent HSBC at industry events and conferences to strengthen relationships with affiliates and promote the organization.
  12. Collaborate with other departments to develop marketing and promotional materials for affiliates.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies in all affiliate activities.
  14. Provide regular reports to senior management on affiliate performance and progress.
  15. Continuously assess and improve affiliate relationship management processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Relationship Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Global Market And Current Industry Trends.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Affiliates And Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing A Portfolio Of Clients And Achieving Sales Targets.
