Vault Attendant, Metals Money Markets

HSBC is seeking an experienced, highly motivated vault attendant to join our Metals Money Markets team. This position requires an individual who is detail-oriented, organized and able to handle challenging tasks in a fast-paced environment with a customer service focus. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and secure the Metals Money Markets vault, ensuring the safety and security of all assets.
2. Record all transactions and transactions attempted in a timely and accurate manner.
3. Process customer orders and payments with accuracy and efficiency.
4. Handle cash, checks, and other financial instruments in accordance with HSBC policies and procedures.
5. Handle customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
6. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
7. Perform duties related to the daily operations of the vault, including inventory control.
8. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
9. Perform additional duties as assigned.
