  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase retail sales of structured products.

  3. Actively engage with retail clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable structured products.
  4. Conduct thorough market analysis and stay updated on industry trends to inform sales approach.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and customize product offerings to meet client demands.
  6. Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  7. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
  8. Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  9. Negotiate and finalize sales agreements with clients.
  10. Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  11. Keep accurate records of sales activity and provide regular reports to management.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and stay updated on industry developments.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and compliance standards.
  14. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  15. Contribute to the overall success of the retail sales team and support team members when needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge Of Financial Markets And Products: A Successful Us Retail Structured Product Sales Candidate At Hsbc Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Financial Markets And Various Types Of Structured Products. This Includes An Understanding Of Market Trends, Risk Management, And The Ability To Explain Complex Financial Concepts To Clients.
