  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all banking needs.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients, identifying their needs, and offering appropriate banking solutions.
  3. Promote and cross-sell the full range of banking products and services offered by HSBC.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in banking regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to clients.
  5. Collaborate with other team members to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the branch.
  6. Conduct in-depth financial reviews with clients to understand their goals and provide personalized recommendations.
  7. Act as a brand ambassador for HSBC, consistently demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  8. Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates through proactive communication and follow-up.
  10. Stay informed about the latest banking technology and products, and provide training and guidance to clients as needed.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.
  12. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of client assets.
  13. Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  14. Attend networking events and participate in community outreach activities to expand the bank's presence and attract new clients.
  15. Collaborate with other departments within HSBC to enhance the overall customer experience and drive business growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Wealth Management Or Personal Banking.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Financial Products, Investment Strategies, And Market Trends.

  • Excellent Interpersonal And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With High Net Worth Clients.

  • Experience In Sales And Business Development, With A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Targets.
