
TPRM trainer– Learning and Education

- Develop and deliver effective training programs on TPRM policies and procedures to all levels of employees in the organization.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in TPRM regulations to ensure training materials are current and relevant.
- Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions to promote understanding and retention of TPRM concepts and practices.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and update training materials, including presentations, job aids, and e-learning modules.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop targeted solutions to address them.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments, and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Engage with employees and managers to answer questions and provide guidance on TPRM policies and procedures.
- Stay informed on the latest advancements and best practices in TPRM and incorporate them into training programs.
- Partner with other departments and teams to ensure alignment and consistency in TPRM training across the organization.
- Maintain accurate records of training attendance, completion, and feedback.
- Act as a TPRM subject matter expert and resource for employees and managers across the organization.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance training programs and methods to ensure maximum impact and effectiveness.
- Participate in TPRM projects and initiatives to provide training expertise and support.
- Foster a culture of compliance and risk awareness throughout the organization through training and education.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively deliver training and engage with employees at all levels.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Tprm Principles And Processes: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Tprm (Third Party Risk Management) Principles, Frameworks, And Best Practices. They Should Also Be Well-Versed In Industry Regulations And Guidelines Related To Tprm.
Experience In Developing And Delivering Training Programs: The Trainer Should Have Experience In Developing And Delivering Training Programs For A Diverse Audience. This Includes Designing Training Materials, Conducting Training Sessions, And Evaluating The Effectiveness Of The Training.
Strong Communication And Presentation Skills: Effective Communication And Presentation Skills Are Essential For A Tprm Trainer To Effectively Convey Complex Concepts To Trainees. The Trainer Should Be Able To Articulate Ideas Clearly And Engage The Audience Through Interactive Training Sessions.
Subject Matter Expertise In Risk Management: A Tprm Trainer Should Have A Strong Background In Risk Management, Including Experience In Identifying, Assessing, And Mitigating Risks Associated With Third-Party Relationships. This Expertise Will Enable The Trainer To Provide Practical And Relevant Examples During Training Sessions.
Ability To Adapt To A Dynamic Environment: The Tprm Landscape Is Constantly Evolving, And The Trainer Should Be Able To Adapt To Changes In Regulations, Guidelines, And Industry Trends. They Should Also Be Able To Modify Training Programs To Meet The Specific Needs Of Different Departments And Teams Within Hsbc.
