  1. Develop and implement effective testing strategies and methodologies to evaluate the bank's risk and control frameworks.
  2. Conduct thorough and comprehensive testing of key controls and processes to identify any potential gaps or weaknesses.
  3. Collaborate with various department heads and stakeholders to ensure alignment of testing plans with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  4. Monitor and analyze testing results to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to senior management.
  5. Communicate testing findings, results, and recommendations to relevant stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  6. Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to risk and control testing, and incorporate them into the bank's testing framework.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and execution of testing activities.
  8. Train and mentor team members on testing methodologies and procedures to ensure a consistent and high-quality approach to testing across the organization.
  9. Collaborate with other risk and control functions to identify and implement synergies and efficiencies in testing processes.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on risk and control testing, providing guidance and support to other departments as needed.
  11. Proactively identify potential risks and control issues, and work with relevant teams to implement appropriate remediation plans.
  12. Uphold the bank's values and standards of conduct, and ensure all testing activities are conducted with integrity and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Risk Management Or Control Oversight Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Testing Methodologies And Risk Assessment Frameworks.

  • Familiarity With Regulatory Requirements And Compliance Standards In The Banking Industry.
