  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all clients visiting the branch.
  2. Process various banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
  3. Promote and cross-sell HSBC products and services to customers.
  4. Educate customers on the features and benefits of our financial products.
  5. Maintain a thorough understanding of HSBC's policies and procedures.
  6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
  7. Act as a brand ambassador for HSBC, upholding the company's values and image at all times.
  8. Ensure all customer information is kept confidential and secure.
  9. Collaborate with other team members to achieve branch targets and goals.
  10. Stay updated on industry developments and changes in banking regulations.
  11. Assist in the maintenance and organization of the branch, including replenishing cash and supplies.
  12. Adhere to all security and operational policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure working environment.
  13. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline processes to enhance customer experience.
  15. Foster positive relationships with customers to promote loyalty and retention.
  16. Communicate customer feedback and suggestions to management for continuous improvement.
  17. Complete all administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
  18. Adhere to all compliance and risk management procedures.
  19. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
