  1. Provide leadership and guidance to the teller staff in order to ensure a high level of customer service and operational efficiency.
  2. Train and onboard new tellers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their duties effectively.
  3. Create and implement strategies to increase branch productivity and meet performance targets.
  4. Monitor and evaluate teller performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to improve their skills and customer service.
  5. Conduct regular audits of cash drawers and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with bank policies and procedures.
  6. Collaborate with other branch managers and departments to identify and resolve any customer service or operational issues.
