The successful candidate will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to develop and implement innovative, cost-effective strategies to attract top talent to our organization.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have:• A degree in Human Resources or Marketing;• At least 5 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition;• Proven track record of developing and executing successful talent attraction and marketing strategies;• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills;• Outstanding organizational, planning and problem-solving skills;• Strong knowledge of recruitment trends and best practices;• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.If you have a passion for recruitment, an eye for detail and the ability to think strategically and creatively, we would love to hear from you!
