Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Or Marketing.
Strong Understanding Of Digital Marketing Strategies And Techniques.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Attract And Engage Potential Candidates.
