  1. Conduct thorough and ongoing reviews of the swap dealer business operations to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  2. Identify potential compliance risks and work with relevant teams to develop and implement effective risk management controls.
  3. Stay up-to-date on regulatory developments and changes, and ensure that the swap dealer business is in compliance with all new requirements.
  4. Collaborate with the front office, risk management, and legal teams to provide guidance on compliance issues and assist in the development of compliance policies and procedures.
  5. Conduct trainings and presentations to educate employees on regulatory requirements and promote a culture of compliance within the organization.
  6. Monitor and analyze trading activities to identify any potential market abuse or other violations, and escalate any concerns as necessary.
  7. Prepare and submit regulatory reports and filings accurately and in a timely manner.
  8. Maintain strong working relationships with regulatory bodies and serve as the primary point of contact for any compliance-related inquiries.
  9. Conduct internal audits and reviews to assess the effectiveness of compliance controls and procedures.
  10. Communicate and collaborate with teams globally to ensure consistency in compliance practices and procedures.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve compliance processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Uphold the highest ethical standards and promote a strong culture of compliance within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Compliance Or Risk Management In The Financial Services Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Swap Regulations And Industry Best Practices, Including Dodd-Frank Act And Cftc Rules.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Compliance Risks.
