  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets for the Global Private Banking team in Pan India.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with high net worth clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  3. Lead and manage a team of relationship managers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery to clients.
  4. Collaborate with various departments, such as wealth management and investment banking, to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to clients.
  5. Stay updated on market trends and changes in the financial industry, and use this knowledge to advise and educate clients on investment options.
  6. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies within the team.
  7. Mentor and coach team members, providing ongoing training and development to enhance their skills and performance.
  8. Develop and maintain a strong network of industry professionals and potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
  9. Represent HSBC at industry events and conferences to promote the company's services and establish new partnerships.
  10. Continuously monitor and analyze team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes to drive efficiency and productivity.
