- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets for the Global Private Banking team in Pan India.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high net worth clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
- Lead and manage a team of relationship managers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery to clients.
- Collaborate with various departments, such as wealth management and investment banking, to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to clients.
