- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high net worth clients in the West region of the GCB division.
- Provide personalized financial advice and recommend suitable products to meet the specific needs of each client.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and handle all their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market changes to provide clients with the most relevant and innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless and efficient client experience.
- Actively prospect and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and other business development activities.
- Conduct regular reviews and analysis of client portfolios to identify opportunities for growth and make necessary adjustments.
- Stay compliant with all regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and potential clients to showcase the benefits of working with HSBC.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, including mentoring and training.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing and resolving any issues or concerns raised by clients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and transactions.
- Act as a brand ambassador for HSBC, promoting our values and commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional development to enhance knowledge and skills in the wealth management field.
- Collaborate with other SPRMs, PPRMs, and AVP Premiers in other regions to share best practices and drive overall team success.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Relationship Management, Or Business Development In The Financial Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Wealth Management Products And Services, Including Investments, Insurance, And Retirement Planning.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Building A Strong Portfolio Of High Net Worth Clients.
