  1. Develop and maintain the ServiceNow platform to meet the needs of HSBC's internal processes and customer interactions.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or roadblocks within the ServiceNow platform to ensure smooth functioning and minimal downtime.
  4. Continuously research and stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and capabilities to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  5. Utilize strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues within the ServiceNow platform.
  6. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code to enhance the functionality and user experience of the ServiceNow platform.
  7. Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the ServiceNow platform.
  8. Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the integration and compatibility of the ServiceNow platform with other systems and applications.
  9. Provide technical guidance and support to team members and end-users on the use and functionality of the ServiceNow platform.
  10. Proactively identify and suggest improvements to enhance the performance and functionality of the ServiceNow platform.
  11. Adhere to established coding standards and best practices to maintain the integrity and security of the ServiceNow platform.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in ServiceNow technology to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert on the ServiceNow platform, providing guidance and recommendations to stakeholders on its use and capabilities.
  14. Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure seamless integration and support of third-party applications within the ServiceNow platform.
  15. Contribute to the overall success and growth of HSBC's technology solutions by providing valuable insights and suggestions for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Servicenow Development And Support.

  • Strong Understanding Of It Service Management Processes And Frameworks, Such As Itil.

  • Proficiency In Javascript, Html, Css, And Other Web Development Languages.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Troubleshoot And Debug Complex Technical Issues.
