
Service Transition and Change Assurance Manager
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Service Transition and Change Assurance Manager to join HSBC's Global Business Services. You will be a key player in the successful delivery of service transition projects and changes within HSBC. You will need to be comfortable working at a fast pace and be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders of all levels. The successful candidate will have a strong background in service transition and change management, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. You will need to have a good understanding of service transition and change management processes and the ability to assess and evaluate risk. You will have the drive and enthusiasm to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes for the bank. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in service transition and change management, preferably in a large financial services organisation. You should have excellent organisational and communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You must also have a strong customer focus and be able to work with stakeholders at all levels. If you have the necessary qualifications and a passion for service transition and change management, this could be the role for you.
Responsibilities:
• Orchestrate successful service transition projects and changes within HSBC • Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes • Identify and assess risk associated with service transition and change management processes • Remain current on service transition and change management trends and best practices • Develop and implement strategies to ensure successful transition and change management • Maintain strong customer focus and be able to work with stakeholders at all levels • Monitor project performance to ensure successful outcomes • Provide timely and accurate project progress reports to stakeholders • Utilize problem-solving skills to manage complex service transition and change management projects • Create and implement effective communication plans to ensure stakeholders are kept informed of project progress and outcomes
