- Ensure smooth and efficient operation of banking services by monitoring and managing service performance metrics.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to identify and resolve service-related issues in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including clients and vendors.
- Implement and maintain service management processes and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Continuously analyze and improve service delivery processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all service-related inquiries and escalations.
- Train and mentor team members to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional service.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with service management standards and regulations.
- Prepare and present reports on service performance to senior management.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to improve service delivery.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of HSBC's products and services to provide accurate and timely support to stakeholders.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
- Proactively identify potential service issues and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensure all service-related processes are aligned with HSBC's values and policies.
- Continuously seek feedback from stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, It Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Service Management, Preferably In The Banking Or Financial Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Itil Framework And Processes, With Itil Certification Preferred.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Liaise With Various Stakeholders And Teams.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Service Delivery And Management, With A Focus On Improving Customer Satisfaction And Optimizing Processes.
