- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, both in person and over the phone.
- Ensure efficient and smooth operations by following established processes and procedures.
- Greet and welcome clients as they enter the bank and assist them with any immediate needs.
- Process various financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of bank products and services in order to educate and assist clients.
- Strive to meet and exceed performance targets and metrics.
- Adhere to all banking regulations and compliance policies.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Colleagues.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Service And Operations Roles, Preferably In The Banking Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Financial Products And Services, As Well As Banking Regulations And Compliance.
Proficient In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software, With The Ability To Quickly Learn And Adapt To New Systems And Processes.
