  1. Manage and oversee a portfolio of trust accounts for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  2. Provide expert advice and guidance to clients regarding trust administration and wealth management.
  3. Maintain strong relationships with clients and act as a point of contact for any inquiries or concerns.
  4. Monitor and review trust account activities, including transfers, investments, and distributions.
  5. Ensure all trust account documentation and records are up to date and in compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery to clients.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in trust and wealth management regulations to ensure compliance and provide strategic recommendations.
  8. Prepare and present reports to senior management on trust account performance and potential growth opportunities.
  9. Train and mentor junior trust administrators on best practices and procedures.
  10. Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all interactions with clients and sensitive information.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience.

Job Qualifications
