  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and innovation for HSBC's Wealth & Personal Banking division.
  2. Lead and manage the Strategy and Growth Initiatives team, providing direction, guidance, and support to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
  3. Conduct thorough analysis of the wealth and personal banking industry to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with HSBC's overall business objectives.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
  6. Stay current with industry developments and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
  7. Identify and evaluate potential partnerships, acquisitions, and other growth opportunities.
  8. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team and across the organization.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and external partners.
  10. Continuously assess and adjust strategies to ensure the achievement of business objectives and financial targets.
  11. Prepare and present reports, presentations, and updates on the progress and impact of strategic initiatives to senior management.
  12. Lead and mentor team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
  13. Represent HSBC at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities.
  14. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  15. Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure all strategies and initiatives are in line with legal and ethical standards.
