  1. Develop and implement operational processes and procedures in line with company objectives and standards.
  2. Lead and manage a team responsible for operations design and delivery, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of projects.
  3. Conduct regular analysis and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in operational processes and procedures.
  5. Monitor and track performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of operational processes and identify areas for further improvement.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance and optimize operations.
  7. Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership on ways to streamline and improve operations.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  9. Oversee the implementation of new systems, processes, and technologies to improve operations.
  10. Identify and resolve any operational issues or bottlenecks to ensure seamless operations.
  11. Manage and optimize resources, including budget, to support the successful delivery of operational projects.
  12. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities in operations design and delivery.
  13. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.
  14. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to provide updates, progress reports, and recommendations related to operations.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience through efficient and effective operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Operations Design And Delivery, Preferably In The Banking Or Financial Services Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field; Master's Degree Preferred.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Cross-Functional Teams And Delivering Complex Operational Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Operations And The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements To Drive Efficiency And Cost Savings.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization And Influence Decision-Making.
