- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and profitability of the global trade solutions business within the CIB division.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their trade finance requirements.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base by proactively targeting key industries and markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization to ensure seamless delivery of trade solutions and exceptional customer service.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform business decisions and identify areas for growth.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of HSBC's global trade solutions products and services, and effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Work closely with risk management teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and monitor the performance of the global trade solutions sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
- Represent HSBC at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote the bank's global trade solutions capabilities and enhance its reputation as a leader in the market.
Strong Sales Experience: The Senior Manager, Gts Sales Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Banking Or Financial Services Industry. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales And Achieving Targets.
Extensive Knowledge Of Global Trade Solutions: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Global Trade Products And Services, Including Letters Of Credit, Trade Finance, And Supply Chain Finance. They Should Also Have Knowledge Of International Trade Regulations And Compliance Requirements.
Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Senior Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Gts Sales Professionals. Therefore, They Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Motivate And Manage A Team Towards Achieving Common Goals.
Excellent Client Relationship Management: The Senior Manager Should Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Build And Maintain Relationships With Existing And Potential Clients. They Should Also Be Able To Identify And Capitalize On New Business Opportunities.
Strategic Thinking And Business Acumen: The Senior Manager Should Have A Strategic Mindset And Be Able To Identify Market Trends And Opportunities To Drive Business Growth.
