- Ensure the security, stability, and scalability of the DDI infrastructure by regularly monitoring and proactively addressing any issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of DDI solutions with other network components.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to DDI technologies and make recommendations for improvement.
- Lead and mentor junior DDI engineers, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
- Conduct performance testing and analysis to identify and resolve any bottlenecks or performance issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation for DDI infrastructure, including network diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
- Work closely with vendors to evaluate new DDI products and technologies and make recommendations for their implementation.
- Participate in the planning and execution of disaster recovery and business continuity plans for DDI infrastructure.
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide timely solutions to meet their needs.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of DDI operations and processes.
- Ensure compliance with HSBC's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to DDI infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex DDI issues and provide on-call support as needed.

Extensive Knowledge Of Domain Name System (Dns) And Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (Dhcp) Technologies: A Senior Ddi Engineer At Hsbc Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Dns And Dhcp Protocols, Including Their Implementation And Troubleshooting.
Experience With Ddi Management Tools: Candidates Should Have Hands-On Experience With Ddi Management Tools, Such As Infoblox Or Bluecat, And Be Able To Configure And Optimize Them For Hsbc's Network.
Proficiency In Network Security: The Senior Ddi Engineer Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Network Security Concepts, Including Firewalls, Intrusion Detection Systems, And Vpns, To Ensure The Security And Integrity Of Hsbc's Ddi Infrastructure.
