Job Description

As a Senior Conversational Banking Representative at HSBC, you will be the face of the bank, providing exceptional customer service via voice or chat. You will be responsible for creating a positive customer experience, while providing them with accurate and timely information.We’re looking for someone who is an excellent communicator and has a passion for customer service. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of banking products, services, and procedures, as well as an ability to troubleshoot customer issues. A strong knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools is also desirable.We’re looking for someone who is a natural problem solver and is able to think on their feet. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service via voice or chat with accurate and timely information.
  2. Create a positive customer experience and troubleshoot customer issues.
  3. Demonstrate a strong understanding of banking products, services, and procedures.
  4. Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to manage customer inquiries.
  5. Exercise strong problem solving, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
  6. Ensure customer inquiries are responded to in a timely manner.
  7. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with customers.
  8. Keep up to date with the latest banking products and services.
  9. Follow all customer service protocols and procedures.
  10. Escalate customer inquiries to the appropriate departments when necessary.
