Job Description

At HSBC, we’re looking for an experienced and talented Senior Client Implementation Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for leading the implementation of large, complex customer solutions and driving customer success. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about customer service, has a strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to manage multiple customer-facing projects.This is a great opportunity to join a global financial services firm that is passionate about creating the best customer experiences. We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and has excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field and a minimum of 7 years of client-facing experience in banking/financial services.
