  10. Contribute to the overall strategy and roadmap for business systems, aligning with the organization's goals and objectives.
  11. Mentor and train junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in business system analysis.
  12. Continuously monitor and evaluate system processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency.
  13. Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operation and integration of systems.
  14. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports on system status and progress.
  15. Uphold the organization's standards, policies, and procedures in all system-related activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Business Systems Analysis, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial And Banking Systems, Processes, And Regulations.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Recommend Solutions To Complex Business Problems.

  • Proficiency In Project Management Methodologies And Tools, With Experience Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
