  1. Conduct quantitative analysis to support the bank's Asset and Liability Management (ALCM) function.
  2. Utilize advanced statistical and mathematical models to identify potential risks and opportunities in the bank's financial portfolio.
  3. Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast and analyze market trends and potential impacts on the bank's balance sheet.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations on strategic decisions related to the bank's ALCM function.
  5. Communicate complex quantitative analysis and findings to senior management and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  6. Monitor and report on the bank's risk exposure and financial performance, identifying any potential issues or areas for improvement.
  7. Continuously evaluate and enhance existing quantitative models and methodologies to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in quantitative analysis to drive innovation and improvement in the ALCM function.
  9. Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts, fostering a culture of learning and development within the team.
  10. Take ownership of projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of results.
  11. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards, maintaining the highest level of integrity and professionalism in all analyses and recommendations.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Quantitative Field Such As Mathematics, Statistics, Or Finance.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Financial Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Financial Products And Risk Management Principles.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Python, R, Or Sql.

  • Experience With Statistical Modeling And Data Analysis Techniques.
