  1. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all banking and financial needs.
  2. Develop a deep understanding of clients' financial goals and objectives, and provide personalized solutions to help them achieve these goals.
  3. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional banking products and services to clients.
  4. Monitor clients' accounts and transactions, ensuring accuracy and identifying any potential issues or discrepancies.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams such as wealth management, investment, and risk management to provide comprehensive and integrated solutions for clients.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide informed and relevant advice to clients.
  7. Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships.
  8. Prepare and present regular reports on client portfolio performance, revenue growth, and other key metrics to senior management.
  9. Effectively manage client inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  10. Act as a mentor and resource for junior account managers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.

Job Qualifications
