Facilitate security master maintenance for the Global Plus platform. Monitor both the Securities Pricing and Asset Setup inboxes. Update prices, setup assets and provide prompt support for business queries. Review and clean up transaction information that was identified in the client trust accounts in the format that the tax vendor requested in order to prepare trust tax returns through vendor One Source. Facilitates receipt of tax information through One Source from resigning Trustee when HSBC is to serve as Successor Trustee. Prepare Daily and Monthly Variance Reports, Stale Price and Key Control Indicator Reports. Eliminating risk and reduce cost where applicable.
