  1. Develop and maintain SAP EC and RCM systems to meet business requirements and standards.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  3. Design, code, test, and debug software applications in alignment with best practices and coding standards.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP EC and RCM systems.
  5. Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in SAP EC and RCM technology and suggest improvements to current systems.
  7. Provide technical guidance and support to other team members.
  8. Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of SAP EC and RCM systems.
  9. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to integrate third-party systems with SAP EC and RCM systems.
  10. Create and maintain technical documentation for all SAP EC and RCM systems.
  11. Continuously monitor and improve system performance and stability.
  12. Adhere to project timelines and communicate any delays or issues to project managers.
  13. Proactively identify and propose solutions to potential risks and issues.
  14. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
  15. Provide timely and accurate updates to team leaders and stakeholders regarding project progress and status.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sap Ec And Rcm Software Development And Implementation.

  • Strong Knowledge And Experience In Abap Programming Language And Sap Modules Such As Hr, Payroll, And Time Management.

  • Proven Experience In Designing, Developing, And Maintaining Complex Sap Solutions And Integrations.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And Within A Team Environment.
