- Provide excellent customer service to clients by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist sales team in achieving their targets by providing administrative support such as preparing and submitting sales reports, maintaining client records, and coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and techniques to increase customer retention and acquisition.
- Conduct research and market analysis to identify potential leads and opportunities for sales team to pursue.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of HSBC's products and services and effectively communicate them to clients.
- Handle client onboarding processes, including account opening, product set up, and documentation.
- Update and maintain accurate client information in HSBC's database and ensure compliance with data protection policies.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the sales team to ensure timely and effective communication.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills related to sales and customer service.
- Adhere to all HSBC policies and procedures, including regulatory and compliance requirements, to ensure a safe and secure working environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Sales Support Or Customer Service, Preferably In The Banking Or Financial Industry.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Clients And Internal Teams.
Knowledge Of Financial Products And Services, Including Investment, Lending, And Insurance Products.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Crm Software, With The Ability To Analyze Data And Create Reports.
