  1. Drive Sales: The Sales Support Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and meet or exceed targets set by the company.
  2. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that all customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  3. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales support staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional service to customers.
  4. Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve the sales support process to increase efficiency and effectiveness in supporting the sales team.
  5. Sales Support Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for the sales team, providing support and coordination for all sales-related activities.

  12. Problem Solving: Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner to maintain a positive customer experience.
  13. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a seamless and coordinated approach to supporting sales efforts.
  14. Performance Management: Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to the sales support team to drive continuous improvement.
