- Participate in recruiting and onboarding new sales support team members.

- Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet business needs and objectives.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Sales Support Or Customer Service Management.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Lead A Team And Interact With Clients.
Proficiency In Sales Support Software And Systems, Such As Salesforce Or Crm.
Knowledge Of Banking And Financial Services Industry, Preferably With Previous Experience At Hsbc.
