  1. Lead and manage a team of sales support professionals to ensure efficient and effective support for the sales team.
  2. Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and provide them with the necessary tools and resources to achieve their targets.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales performance and improve operational efficiency.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  5. Train and mentor sales support staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  6. Communicate and coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth and seamless sales process.
  7. Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
  8. Act as a point of contact for escalated customer inquiries or complaints.
  9. Stay updated on industry developments and market trends to provide valuable insights to the sales team.
  10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  11. Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales support activities and performance.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  13. Participate in recruiting and onboarding new sales support team members.
  14. Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet business needs and objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Sales Support Or Customer Service Management.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Lead A Team And Interact With Clients.

  • Proficiency In Sales Support Software And Systems, Such As Salesforce Or Crm.

  • Knowledge Of Banking And Financial Services Industry, Preferably With Previous Experience At Hsbc.
