  1. Develop and maintain compliance reporting processes to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
  2. Conduct thorough analysis of regulatory requirements and identify potential compliance risks.
  3. Collaborate with relevant teams to gather necessary data and information for compliance reporting.
  4. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of existing compliance reporting processes and recommend improvements.
  5. Ensure timely and accurate submission of compliance reports to regulatory bodies.
  6. Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements and update compliance reporting processes accordingly.
  7. Communicate compliance reporting updates and changes to relevant stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  8. Identify and escalate any potential compliance issues or violations.
  9. Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of compliance reports.
  10. Provide training and guidance to team members on compliance reporting processes and procedures.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  12. Participate in industry meetings and conferences to stay informed on best practices and industry trends.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security protocols.
  14. Collaborate with other teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of data used in compliance reporting.
  15. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Compliance Reporting And Analysis Within The Financial Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Reporting Standards, Including But Not Limited To Dodd-Frank Act, Sarbanes-Oxley Act, And Basel Iii.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Identify Potential Compliance Issues.

  • Proficient In Ms Excel, Sql, And Other Data Analysis Tools, With The Ability To Create Comprehensive Reports And Dashboards For Senior Management Review.
