- Provide technical support and consultation to clients on remote access solutions.

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Banking Or Finance Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Remote Access Technologies, Such As Vpn, Remote Desktop, And Citrix.
Strong Understanding Of Network Security Principles And Protocols.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And Remotely.
