  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with business clients to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding promptly to inquiries and concerns.
  3. Utilize a consultative approach to identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling HSBC's products and services.
  4. Maintain a deep understanding of HSBC's products, services, and processes to effectively advise clients.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional client experience.
  6. Meet and exceed sales targets by actively seeking out new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
  7. Provide timely and accurate updates on client activities, sales, and pipeline to management.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to anticipate client needs and provide relevant insights.
  9. Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios to identify any potential risks and proactively address them.
  10. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures.

  12. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to enhance the client experience and increase efficiency.
  13. Mentor and train junior Relationship Managers to ensure a high level of service and expertise among the team.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude, upholding HSBC's values and reputation.
  15. Attend regular training and development sessions to stay updated on industry practices and HSBC's offerings.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Commercial Or Business Banking, Preferably With A Focus On Relationship Management.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Financial Products And Services, Including Lending, Cash Management, And Trade Finance.

  • Excellent Interpersonal And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets, With A Strong Understanding Of Risk Management And Compliance Within The Banking Industry.
