Job Description

At HSBC, we are looking for an experienced Regulatory Relationship Manager to join our team. As the Regulatory Relationship Manager, you will work to ensure compliance with all relevant external regulations and policies and provide advice to support the business.This role requires a motivated and proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders and regulators. You must possess an in-depth understanding of the banking industry and regulatory environment, with a keen eye for detail and a problem-solving attitude.If you are passionate about regulatory compliance and have the drive to make a real difference in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and review compliance with relevant external regulations and policies.
  2. Provide advice and guidance to stakeholders and the business on regulatory requirements.
  3. Proactively monitor and identify changes in the external regulatory environment and their impact on the business.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and regulators.
  5. Ensure timely and accurate completion of regulatory reports and provide updates on progress.
  6. Identify potential areas of non-compliance and recommend appropriate solutions.
  7. Keep up to date with industry trends and developments.
  8. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  9. Monitor the performance of the business against regulatory requirements.
  10. Investigate and resolve any compliance issues that arise.
