- Develop and implement effective campus recruitment strategies to attract top talent for HSBC's emerging talent program.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, student organizations, and other key stakeholders to establish HSBC as an employer of choice for emerging talent.
- Utilize various recruitment methods, such as career fairs, information sessions, and networking events, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the necessary qualifications and align with HSBC's values and culture.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to understand the business needs and develop targeted recruitment plans for specific roles.
- Act as a brand ambassador for HSBC by effectively communicating the organization's mission, values, and opportunities to potential candidates.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and industry developments to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance, while providing a positive candidate experience.
- Track and analyze recruitment data to measure the success of campus recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in diversity and inclusion initiatives to support HSBC's commitment to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Recruiting, Preferably In Campus Or University Recruitment.
Strong Understanding And Knowledge Of The Financial Services Industry.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Candidates And Stakeholders.
Demonstrated Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Deadline-Driven Environment And Manage Multiple Priorities Effectively.
