  1. Identify and attract top talent for our Commercial Banking and Wealth and Personal Banking divisions.
  2. Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  5. Conduct screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  6. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  7. Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  8. Keep candidates and hiring managers updated on the status of their application.
  9. Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to promote HSBC as an employer of choice.
  10. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our talent acquisition processes.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information in our applicant tracking system.
  12. Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
  13. Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  14. Contribute to the development of diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process.
  15. Represent HSBC as a brand ambassador and promote our values and culture to potential candidates.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Recruiting For The Financial Services Industry, Preferably Within Commercial Banking And Wealth And Personal Banking.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Current Job Market And Recruiting Trends Within The Banking Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Hiring Managers And Candidates.

  • Experience With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Recruitment Tools, As Well As A Proficiency In Using Social Media For Recruitment Purposes.
