Qlik, SQL, Unix - Production Support

We are seeking an experienced Production Support professional to join our team at HSBC. You will be responsible for ensuring that our systems are running smoothly and efficiently, and you will be able to quickly identify, troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Production Support and a working knowledge of Qlik, SQL and Unix. 1. Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot production support systems, including Qlik, SQL and Unix.
2. Provide resolution to any technical issues or difficulties encountered in production support.
3. Work with stakeholders to ensure system functionality and performance.
4. Collaborate with other teams to ensure optimal system performance.
5. Develop and implement processes and procedures for production support.
6. Quickly identify and resolve any production support issues.
7. Provide support and training to other team members.
8. Monitor system performance and provide regular reports to management.
9. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
10. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
