  4. Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to uncover insights and provide actionable recommendations.
  5. Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external vendors.
  6. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
  7. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  8. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
  9. Utilize project management best practices to ensure successful and efficient project execution.
  10. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data analytics and CRM.
  11. Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to data analytics and CRM.
  13. Communicate project goals and progress to all relevant parties.
  14. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  15. Contribute to the overall success and growth of the Data Analytics and CRM team at HSBC.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: A Project Manager For Data Analytics And Crm At Hsbc Should Possess Strong Analytical Skills To Effectively Interpret And Analyze Large Sets Of Data. This Includes The Ability To Identify Patterns, Trends And Insights That Can Drive Decision Making.

  • Proven Project Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Field Of Data Analytics And Crm. This Should Include Experience In Managing Complex Projects With Strict Deadlines And Budgets.
