  1. Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure successful delivery of programmes and projects.
  2. Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination across projects.
  4. Set and manage project budgets, ensuring that resources are utilized effectively and efficiently.
  5. Conduct regular project reviews and provide timely and accurate reporting to senior management.
  6. Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring that each member understands their roles and responsibilities.
  7. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing best practices.
  8. Act as a liaison between project teams and senior management, providing updates and recommendations as needed.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
  10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, managing their expectations and addressing any concerns.
  11. Mentor and coach junior project managers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, and incorporate new methods and tools into project management processes.
  13. Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, budgets, and status reports.
  14. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication.
  15. Represent HSBC in a professional manner, serving as an ambassador for the company and its values.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Management, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Financial Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Project Management Methodologies And Tools, Such As Agile, Scrum, And Waterfall.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Delivering Complex Projects Within Tight Deadlines And Budgets.
