  1. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends in order to develop and improve product offerings.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products, including conducting feasibility studies and creating product specifications.
  3. Monitor and analyze product performance data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for product enhancements.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer service teams, to ensure a comprehensive understanding of product features and benefits.
  5. Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned products, providing support and guidance to internal teams and external clients.
  6. Develop and implement product training programs for internal teams to ensure a thorough understanding of product features and benefits.
  7. Monitor competitor products and market trends to identify potential opportunities and threats to existing products.
  8. Collaborate with compliance and risk management teams to ensure product offerings are in line with regulatory requirements.
  9. Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides, training materials, and marketing collateral.
  10. Continuously assess and improve product processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices to continuously enhance product knowledge and expertise.
  12. Communicate product updates and changes to internal teams and external clients in a clear and timely manner.
  13. Assist with product-related inquiries and issue resolution from internal and external stakeholders.
  14. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop product messaging and positioning strategies.
  15. Support product launch activities, including coordinating with various teams and ensuring timely delivery of tasks.
  16. Participate in product development meetings and provide valuable input and insights to help drive product strategy.
  17. Proactively identify and address potential product risks and issues, escalate as necessary.
  18. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company's values and brand at all times.
  19. Meet or exceed product performance targets and contribute to overall business growth and success.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Product Analysis Or A Related Role.

  • Strong Analytical, Problem-Solving, And Critical Thinking Skills.
