This role requires an individual with a strong passion for customer service, a deep understanding of financial products, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with our high-net-worth clients.   1. Greet and welcome clients to HSBC in a professional and friendly manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service to high-net-worth clients, understanding and anticipating their needs.
  3. Serve as a point of contact for clients, answering any questions and addressing any concerns they may have.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  5. Stay up-to-date on HSBC's financial products and services, and effectively communicate them to clients.
  6. Identify and understand clients' financial goals and provide personalized recommendations and solutions.
  7. Proactively reach out to clients to provide updates on their accounts and offer relevant services.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery to clients.
  9. Maintain accurate and organized client records and documentation.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the client experience and provide feedback to improve processes.
  11. Adhere to all banking and financial regulations and policies.
  12. Attend training and development programs to improve knowledge and skills.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for HSBC, promoting our values and services to clients.
  14. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
  15. Handle client complaints and conflicts in a professional and timely manner.
  16. Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues and ensure a seamless experience.
  17. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with care.
  18. Represent HSBC at networking events and industry conferences to expand our client base.
  19. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  20. Perform any other duties as assigned by management to support the overall success of the team and organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Client Relationship Management In The Financial Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Banking And Financial Products, Services, And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With High-Net-Worth Clients.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Customer Satisfaction Goals.
