- Manage and lead the premier banking service team to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service to our premier clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and satisfaction.
- Train and mentor team members to improve their skills and knowledge in providing premier banking services.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and take necessary actions to address any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations and service delivery to premier clients.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and innovate the premier banking service experience.
- Set and track performance targets for the team and ensure they are met or exceeded.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet service demands and optimize team performance.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Generate reports and provide regular updates to senior management on team performance, customer satisfaction, and any issues or areas for improvement.
- Represent HSBC in a professional and positive manner at all times.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team.
- Handle complex or escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Customer Service Management, Preferably In The Banking Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing A Team Of Customer Service Representatives.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Banking Products And Services, As Well As Industry Regulations And Compliance Standards.
