  1. Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers to ensure high-quality service delivery to Premier clients through the telephony channel.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
  3. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that promotes teamwork and individual growth.
  4. Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  5. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  6. Act as a point of escalation for complex customer issues and provide timely and effective resolution.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
  8. Keep abreast of market trends and competitor offerings to stay competitive in the industry.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with Premier clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
  10. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on team performance, customer feedback, and any emerging trends or issues.
  11. Participate in recruitment, training, and development of new team members.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador for HSBC and uphold the company's values and reputation.
  13. Stay updated on the latest banking and financial industry developments and implement best practices within the team.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to increase team efficiency and productivity.
  15. Represent HSBC at client events and networking opportunities to promote the company's products and services.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With High Net Worth Clients.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Customer Service Or Relationship Management In The Banking Or Financial Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Previous Experience Managing A Team, Preferably In A Telephony Environment.

  • Knowledge Of Banking Products And Services, As Well As Regulatory And Compliance Requirements, Particularly In Regards To Telephony Channels.
