Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Managing Performance And Service Delivery In A Financial Services Company.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Customer Service Principles And Practices.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Performance Management Strategies And Processes To Drive Efficiency And Improve Customer Satisfaction.
