
Performance and Pay Communications Lead

You will be responsible for developing and delivering internal communications strategies that support our global performance and pay policy.The ideal candidate should have a strong background in communications, preferably with experience in performance and pay communications. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement internal communications strategies that support global performance and pay policies.
- Establish relationships and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful communication and implementation of performance and pay policies.
- Produce written content for internal communications, including emails, newsletters, and other materials.
- Monitor the success of performance and pay communications and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and developments related to performance and pay topics.
- Lead stakeholder engagement activities to ensure the successful adoption of performance and pay policies.
- Work with the global communications team to ensure alignment with overarching communications strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to other team members in developing performance and pay communications.
