If you’re passionate about driving performance and pay communications, this is the role for you!We are looking for an experienced Performance and Pay Communications Lead to join HSBC’s Global Communications team. You will be responsible for developing and delivering internal communications strategies that support our global performance and pay policy.The ideal candidate should have a strong background in communications, preferably with experience in performance and pay communications. You should demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, and a keen interest in performance and pay topics.This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join a global communications team and make a real impact on our performance and pay policy. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement internal communications strategies that support global performance and pay policies.
  2. Establish relationships and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful communication and implementation of performance and pay policies.
  3. Produce written content for internal communications, including emails, newsletters, and other materials.
  4. Monitor the success of performance and pay communications and provide recommendations for improvement.
  5. Stay up to date on industry trends and developments related to performance and pay topics.
  6. Lead stakeholder engagement activities to ensure the successful adoption of performance and pay policies.
  7. Work with the global communications team to ensure alignment with overarching communications strategies.
  8. Provide guidance and support to other team members in developing performance and pay communications.
